Do I need any dance experience?

No experience is needed for our Beginner class. We will guide you step by step for your first time.

Do I need a partner to join?

No partner is required. We rotate throughout class so everyone gets equal practice and the chance to learn with different partners.

How do I know which level to choose?

If you’re new to Bachata, we recommend starting with the Beginner course. If you’ve danced before, let us know your experience when registering and we’ll help guide you into the most suitable level.

Recommended experience:

Fundamentals (Improver): 2 - 8 months

Intermediate: 8 months - 2 years+

Advanced: 3+ years *Pre-entry assessment required.

What’s the difference between Beginner and Fundamentals?

Beginner classes focus on learning Bachata from scratch.

Fundamentals build on those basics, refining technique, timing, body movement, and social dance readiness.

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable clothing (active wear is fine!) you can move in. Smooth-soled shoes can help, but they’re not essential. Heels are not required for followers.

What should I bring?

Just a water bottle (we have water bubbler on site) and a positive mindset. Our venue is air-conditioned, however you may wish to bring a sweat towel if required.

Is there parking near the venue?

Yes ! We have over 35 secure parking spots onsite.

Do I need to register before attending?

Yes, pre-registration is required for all classes. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot due to class ratio considerations

Why are spots subject to confirmation for some levels?

For Fundamentals to Advanced levels, spots are confirmed prior to attendance to help us maintain balanced class ratios and a high-quality learning experience for everyone.

What happens if I miss a class due to illness or other reasons?

We understand that unexpected things can happen. However, as our courses are structured and spots are limited, we’re unable to offer refunds or credits for missed classes.
